Juan Godinez joined The AIM Program board of directors in 2019. Juan holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan, the CPA, CMA designation, and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT. Since 2019, he is a Tax Manager at KPMG LLP. and previously he worked as Tax Auditor at the Canada Revenue Agency. He also owns a couple of Mexican restaurants in the city, La Bamba and Mexihco. Juan and his wife Carolina, a cancer research scientist at the University of Saskatchewan, have one son, Lukas who is 5 years old. They love living in Saskatoon, visiting their relatives in Mexico and Colombia, and travelling around the world. Juan spends his free time exercising at the gym, playing soccer, and running outdoors in the summer. Juan is thankful for the opportunity to join the board and is looking forward to contributing to the good work of The AIM program.
